- Redesigned field and eight-lane track will allow for all track and field events to happen at a single, consolidated location, at NCAA standards.
- New seating and press box on the west side, for comfortable, expanded viewing.
- Option to add building south of the track that would include lockers rooms and offices — and replace the historic Toomey Weight Room.
