A new practice facility for golf on the UC Davis campus, will become a destination for golf enthusiasts throughout Yolo, Solano and Sacramento counties.
The new golf training center and clubhouse would include:
- A 350-yard driving range surrounded by tall netting and shaded pathways, with short game and putting greens built to collegiate standards.
- Locker rooms, coaching offices and team lounges for both men’s and women’s programs.
- Pro shop and cafe open to the community, with dedicated parking.
- Sustainable landscaping and tree-lined approaches that extend the beauty of south campus.
Envision a new athletics district south of I-80: A new softball stadium will join the golf training center to transform south campus into a vibrant new athletics district – a visible statement of UC Davis’ growing momentum and ambition.
